If you would like further information or would like to discuss options then please contact me - provide your name & contact details and I will get back to you as soon as I’m able.

We can then briefly discuss what you're looking for and I will be able to give you an overview of the counselling I can offer. I will also answer any initial questions you may have concerning arrangements , my fees and availability etc.

If you decide you would like to take the next step with me, I will endeavour to offer you an initial assessment appointment within 2 weeks which will provide you with an opportunity to discuss your needs & difficulties in more detail, meet me face to face, & decide if you feel comfortable enough for us to work together. 

If, following this appointment you want to start your counselling with me, I will aim to give you a starting date as soon as possible. However, due to existing client sessions, this may depend on finding a mutually agreeable date and time for your regular sessions. Therefore, it is helpful if you can be as flexible as possible with your own availability.

The sessions offered will be 50 minutes fixed weekly appointments and regular attendance would be expected. The set fee will be written into your counselling contract and will be payable for any missed sessions (except for prior agreed holidays) as that session is reserved specifically for you.
